Garlic Bread with Stump's Hot Garlic Cloves

Ingredients (to taste)

1 loaf of Ciabatta Bread (halved lengthwise)
20 cloves of Stump's Hot Garlic Cloves (divided)
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
1/4 cup butter
1/8 tsp dried basil (divided)
1/8 tsp dried oregano (divided)
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes (divided)
1/3 cup Parmigiano Reggiano cheese



In small pan over medium heat melt butter with oil.
Bring to simmer and add hot garlic cloves. Simmer for
6-8 minutes and remove to cool.

Remove garlic and set aside. Apply oil and butter mixture
liberally to cut sides of bread. Insert large garlic cloves
to larger holes in bread and cut cloves to insert in
smaller holes. Chop any remaining cloves and spread
evenly on bread.

Sprinkle basil, oregano and red pepper flakes evenly on 
bread. Sprinkle cheese evenly to cover top of bread pieces.
Place bread on cookie sheet or pan and place under broiler
until cheese melts and bubbles slightly being careful not to
burn edges of bread.
