Stump’s Hot Pickled Asparagus Walleye Bites
Ingredients (to taste)
Stump’s Hot Asparagus
Walleye Fillets (or any white fish)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Thick sliced Bacon (We use venison bacon)
Cut the bacon into 2 inch of pieces. Place cut bacon spread out on tinfoil. Cut the Stump’s Hot Asparagus into 2 inch pieces and place on bacon. Then cut your walleye filet into 2 inch squares and place on the bacon and asparagus. Top with shredded cheddar cheese with Lawry’s salt, garlic salt, and Italian seasoning to taste.
Place tin foil on grill and cook until both the bacon and fish are cooked.
