Stump's Quesadillas

4-8 inch tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
8 Stump's Mediterranean or Hot Olives
Salsa and sour cream for garnish


Heat a large lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tortilla to pan; sprinkle with ½ cheese and 4 sliced Stump's Olives. Top with tortilla and cook each side for 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cut into triangles and serve warm. Garnish with salsa and sour cream.
